Thomas R. Malapit Jr.
Tom is the co-founding partner of MALAPIT & ROCHFORD, located in Indianapolis, and has 25 years of experience primarily practicing law in the areas of eminent domain, business & corporate, wills, trusts & estates, and civil litigation.
In his eminent domain practice, Tom is a landowner attorney representing both commercial and residential property owners and has recovered millions of dollars for them all over the State of Indiana. If the offer you receive for your property seems low, then it probably is, and you should immediately seek competent legal counsel.
Of the hundreds of takings by the State of Indiana for the 1-69 road improvement project (stretching from Evansville to Indianapolis), Tom has handled more eminent domain jury trials than any other landowner attorney in the State. Over the years, Tom has developed a wide variety of legal strategies to help maximize his clients' recoveries and prides himself on being able to think outside the box.
For eminent domain clients, Tom makes house calls and will meet you at your property location for a free initial consultation, so there is no reason to wait to learn about your important Constitutional eminent domain rights.
